Installation

The installation is made easy through Anaconda.

conda create -n darts python=2.7  # optional
conda activate darts              # optional
conda install -c darts-comp-bio darts_dnn darts_bht

Usage

See each component for how to use.

• Darts_BHT: The Bayesian Hypothesis Testing module.
• Darts_DNN: The Deep Neural Network module.
